上海市奥克斯创研智造工业园区位于上海康桥工业园区内，在项目的规划和建筑设计中，建筑师从奥克斯集团的研发、产业化生产及推广等一条龙的现代科技企业模式出发，根据企业生产工艺的不同需要和生产设备的特殊要求，以企业精神核心和景观厂房为两大主题，将基地分为了中央景观核心带结合周边10个组团的模式进行开发定位，赋予各个地块和组团不同的内容,使其具有丰富的组团特色，并通过建筑室外空间与绿化景观的合理组合和精心设计,创造了一种新型现代的生产办公环境。

Shanghai oaks Chuangyan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located in Shanghai Kangqiao Industrial Park. In the planning and architectural design of the project, the architects started from the one-stop modern technology enterprise model of research and development, industrialized production and promotion of oaks group, and according to the different needs of enterprise production processes and the special requirements of production equipment, took the core of enterprise spirit and landscape plant as two major themes, The base is divided into the central landscape core belt, which is developed and positioned in combination with the mode of 10 surrounding clusters. Each plot and cluster is endowed with different contents, so that it has rich cluster characteristics. Through the reasonable combination and careful design of outdoor space and green landscape, a new modern production and office environment is created.

奥克斯企业内部环环相套的生产关系网络，对设计理念产生比较大的影响。体现在建筑中，每个组团的建筑在保持其多样性的同时。尽量通过建筑上的一些联系空间、构成模式和建筑细节，进行统一联系，使其在整体上获得统一，对外表现出一致的整体感。

The internal production relationship network of oaks has a great impact on the design concept. Reflected in the architecture, the architecture of each group keeps its diversity at the same time. Try to make unified connection through some architectural connection space, composition mode and architectural details, so as to make it unified on the whole and show a consistent sense of integrity externally.

作为整个园区的入口，在位于最北端的AB组团的设计中，建筑师运用了体块穿插的手法和标准的窗体阵列布局，奠定了整个园区严谨、理性和自律的氛围基础。而其中穿插于不同体块建筑中的共享空间连廊，则丰富了市内外空间的层次感。在位于园区中央的景观核心带的设计中，蜿蜒的荷花池水系连接了形态各异的四栋建筑,它们分别承担了企业会所、核心办公和研发中心的功能。在这四栋建筑中，值得一提的是可乐宅（b楼），日常对易拉罐的回收再利用的模式演化成直接再利用的模式，建筑表皮在这里被决定为一种开启/封闭的双重模式，其实现的是一种低成本和低技的生态实践。

As the entrance of the whole park, in the design of the AB group at the northernmost end, the architect used the technique of block interleaving and the standard window array layout, which laid the foundation for the rigorous, rational and self-discipline atmosphere of the whole park. Among them, the shared space corridors interspersed in different block buildings enrich the sense of hierarchy of the space inside and outside the city. In the design of the landscape core zone in the center of the park, the winding water system of the lotus pond connects four buildings of different shapes, which respectively undertake the functions of enterprise club, core office and R & D center. Among the four buildings, the cola house (Building B) is worth mentioning. The daily recycling mode of cans has evolved into a direct recycling mode. Here, the building skin is determined as an open / closed dual mode, which realizes a low-cost and low-tech ecological practice.

沿中央景观带两侧布置的是C-J办公组团，每个组团都运用了不同的立面材质来演绎贯穿整个园区的现代建筑中蕴藏的传统神韵：镂花窗的传统意向被大胆应用于立面的分割上，以基本单元的拼接、错落和叠加的手法赋予建筑更多元的现代表达；坡屋顶被片断式地截取并重新组合，参差错落地与复古砖墙和穿插其中的落地窗和玻璃连廊结合，在确保建筑与中央核心景观带零距离接触的同时，也保留了传统建筑所具有的内敛与含蓄。

C-J office clusters are arranged along both sides of the central landscape belt. Each cluster uses different facade materials to interpret the traditional charm of the modern buildings throughout the park: the traditional intention of the openwork window is boldly applied to the segmentation of the facade, giving the building more diversified modern expression by means of splicing, scattering and superposition of basic units; The sloping roof is cut and reassembled in pieces, and the staggered landing is combined with the retro brick wall, the French windows and the glass corridor, which not only ensure the zero distance contact between the building and the central core landscape, but also retain the introverted and implicit characteristics of the traditional buildings.
