本案位于重庆龙兴悬崖之巅,远眺御临,极简设计,顺应地形。建筑师选择将建筑置于最高处的岩体之上,极具戏剧性的断崖式高差,巧妙的选择角度后,最大化利用景观资源,一望无际的视距,建筑犹如张开双翅的仙鹤傲立于仙岩之上。倚山而建,山物一体,十里之外,仍见其磅礴雄姿。

 

This case is located on the top of Longxing cliff in Chongqing, overlooking Yulin, with a minimalist design that conforms to the terrain. The architect chose to place the building on the highest rock mass, with a dramatic cliff height difference. After skillfully selecting the angle, he maximized the use of landscape resources, and the endless sight distance. The building is like a crane with open wings standing proudly on Xianyan. Built against the mountain, the mountain and things are integrated. Ten miles away, its majestic majesty can still be seen.

 

 

 

 

建筑强调一种透明与轻质的特性,并呼应建筑与自然之间暧昧关系的存在。当面对自然时,经由空间中隔断界质的界定所表现出来的那种人和自然之间所存在的可见或不可见的暧昧与模糊的关系,与细致情感的再抒发皆于本案中体现。东北侧的竖向观光电梯,高度约为30米,是人与建筑连接的桥梁。

 

Architecture emphasizes a kind of transparent and lightweight characteristics, and echoes the existence of the ambiguous relationship between architecture and nature. When facing nature, the kind of visible or invisible ambiguous and vague relationship between man and nature shown by the definition of partition quality in space, as well as the re expression of detailed emotions, are all reflected in this case. The vertical sightseeing elevator on the northeast side, with a height of about 30 meters, is a bridge connecting people and buildings.

 

 

 

 

设计上追求内部功能的理性清晰明确的逻辑思考,把内部的事物规则体现在外在形式上。在这座临崖会所中,利用蒙德里安构图的空间性将几何形体堆砌与穿插,包含展示中心、时光画廊、球形放映厅、临崖无边泳池、露台酒吧等,将室内外空间连成一体,通透而又自由流动。

 

The design pursues rational and clear logical thinking of internal functions, and embodies the internal rules of things in external forms. In this cliff club, the geometric shapes are stacked and interspersed by using the spatial nature of Mondrian's composition, including the exhibition center, time Gallery, spherical projection hall, cliff side infinity pool, terrace bar, etc., connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces into one, transparent and free flowing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

在项目的景观面采用大面的玻璃幕墙,达到极好的通透性,使室内外互为景观、互为主角,打破了空间的屏障相互交融,完美的体现了现代建筑、现代材料的艺术效果。

在整个简洁干练的建筑体型中,放入一个优美的球形体量,增加了参观者的游览体验度,而材料、材质与建筑体块的穿插,使得整个项目刚中带柔、画龙点睛,无疑是“构筑”最好的体现。

 

In the whole concise and capable building shape, a beautiful spherical volume is put into it, which increases the visitors' tour experience. The insertion of materials, materials and building blocks makes the whole project just soft and finishing point, which is undoubtedly the best embodiment of "construction".

 

 

 

结构的理性,主张的是结构内在规则与表现性,形式来源为胶合木结构本身,反应的是其需求的合理性,又以菱形格构强调空间的连续性。结构美学是理性与感性、人工与自然、工程与工艺、内隐与外显、形式感和力量感的完美结合。

 

The rationality of structure advocates the internal rules and expressiveness of the structure. The form comes from the glued wood structure itself, which reflects the rationality of its needs, and emphasizes the continuity of space with diamond lattice. Structural aesthetics is the perfect combination of rationality and sensibility, artificial and nature, engineering and technology, implicit and explicit, form and power.

 

 

 

 

3.7米X2.3米的菱形木格构空间有强烈的序列感,游走于该空间的人们并不会收到混乱的视觉冲击,反而给人一种震撼心灵的波动。功能及流线与建筑结构本身形成良性互动,胶合木构件弱化了空间的空旷感,并增加了空间的层次感与写意性。

 

The 3.7 m X2.3 m rhombic wood lattice space has a strong sense of sequence. People walking in this space will not receive a chaotic visual impact, but give people a kind of soul shaking wave. The function and streamline form a benign interaction with the building structure itself. The glued wood components weaken the emptiness of the space and increase the sense of hierarchy and freehand brushwork of the space.

 

 

 

 

 

胶合木结构具有天然的美学优势,不仅作为结构构件,更能作为装饰构件,丰富室内空间,空间在结构的衬托下更接近于自然,创造出视觉上的美感和心理上的和谐感,增加了空间的叙事性。

 

Glued wood structure has natural aesthetic advantages. It can be used not only as a structural component, but also as a decorative component to enrich the indoor space. The space is closer to nature under the background of the structure, creating a sense of visual beauty and psychological harmony, and increasing the narrative of the space.

 

 

 

表皮图案与菱形格构相呼应,重复的图案发挥到一种极致的表现时,就体现双重重复性。重庆部分时节光影不强,建筑师突破自然光影所产生的限制,利用材料的特性塑造出更细腻与若隐若现的光影效果。使表皮成为内外领域之间的一层薄膜,突破与超越了以往窗与墙所组构的形式,成为可感知的界面。

 

The epidermal pattern echoes with the rhombic lattice structure. When the repeated pattern is brought into full play, it reflects the double repeatability. In some seasons in Chongqing, the light and shadow are not strong. Architects break through the limitations of natural light and shadow, and use the characteristics of materials to create a more delicate and looming light and shadow effect. Make the skin become a layer of film between internal and external fields, break through and surpass the previous form of window and wall, and become a perceptible interface.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

建筑的实面表皮采用色调为高级灰的金属铝板,以三角形为母题的构图方式排列。对铝板进行了变化设计,采用参数化技术,精确的控制到每块铝板的折角变化,通过有序的数学排列使建筑表皮产生优美的变化,使得建筑带有正在进行的流动之美。

 

The solid surface of the building adopts metal aluminum plates with high-grade gray hue, which are arranged in a composition with triangles as the motif. The change design of aluminum plates is carried out, and the parametric technology is used to accurately control the change of the angle of each aluminum plate. Through the orderly mathematical arrangement, the building skin has a beautiful change, making the building with the beauty of ongoing flow.

 

 

 

 

本案主体为胶合木结构,墙体与屋面为轻型木结构,是高装配率建筑,能够突破悬崖场地施工难的限制,在阴雨绵绵的冬季,仅3周之内便完成主体结构的搭建。施工现场无需塔吊,降低了施工场布的需求及费用。

 

The main body of this case is a glued wood structure, and the wall and roof are light wood structures. It is a building with high assembly rate, which can break through the limitation of difficult construction on the cliff site. In the rainy winter, the construction of the main structure can be completed in only 3 weeks. The construction site does not need tower cranes, which reduces the demand and cost of construction site layout.

 

木结构构件全部由盐城工厂提前预制,为不破坏建筑美感,胶合木柱与格构木梁体系相交时,将柱头外露钢件与木柱内嵌钢梁用螺栓与植筋胶巧妙连接,隐藏节点,保证设计的利落与干净。

 

All the wood structural members are prefabricated by Yancheng factory in advance.
