Located in Caen, France, with an area of 77000 square meters, the shopping center on the banks of the Orn River is characterized by its strong mixing. It combines shops, offices, leisure facilities, a hotel and residential buildings. It is a veritable small urban area and the concentration of the city. The project meets the desire to provide a holistic solution to achieve balance among its functional components. The overall layout of the project has strong unity, and its design is committed to creating an effect that contrasts with the central urban area and riverside landscape. Because of the use of glass, a preferred material, and the expression of a completely modern sense, especially the use of Caen stone from the quarry that resumed construction recently, the characteristics of the architectural language of the project are completely consistent with the rhythm and vitality of the new street area.

项目的设计充分考虑到了其作为河岸未来发展新动力和基石的角色，及其项目所处的位置，该项目位于该市的关键区域，是奥恩河的一角，在火车站路和六月六日广场大道轴线上，点缀其中的露台和植物，使其与其他的项目形成了柔和的过渡。采光和通透性是优先考虑的，但又不失私密性。视觉上的镂空大量存在但又相得益彰。优雅且高明的景观设计，使水的存在得以维系。不止是一幅如画的风景，有着海洋气息的微风赋予了它一种本土精神，开放、慷慨、亲切。

The design of the project fully takes into account its role as the new driving force and cornerstone of the future development of the river bank and its location. The project is located in the key area of the city, which is a corner of the Orn River. On the axis of the Railway Station Road and the Plaza Avenue on June 6, the terraces and plants are dotted, making it form a soft transition with other projects. Daylighting and permeability are given priority, but privacy is not lost. There are a lot of visual hollows, but they complement each other. Elegant and sophisticated landscape design enables the existence of water to be maintained. It is more than a picturesque landscape. The breeze with ocean flavor endows it with a local spirit, which is open, generous and kind.

The overall layout of the project has a strong overall unity. The designer is committed to creating an atmosphere that contrasts with the central urban area and riverside landscape. The use of glass, a widely popular material, adopts a completely modern form of expression, and uses the Caen stone from the quarry that has resumed construction recently. The characteristics of the architectural language of the project are completely consistent with the rhythm and vitality of the new street area. In the design process, the characteristics of the role of the building as the new power and cornerstone of the future development of the river bank, as well as the important position of the project (the project is located in the core area of the city, which is a corner of the Orn River), are fully considered. On the axis of the railway station road and the 6th of June Square Avenue, the designer has creatively decorated the terrace and plants, making the project form a soft transition with other projects. It not only realizes lighting and permeability, but also ensures privacy. The large number of visual hollows is very ingenious. Elegant and sophisticated landscape design enables the existence of water to be maintained.
