项目简介：本项目地块位于重庆市涪陵区江东街道滨江路。该地块现状平缓，无特别重要的建筑物和构筑物，无不良地质条件，无用地争议，适宜本项目建设。

本项目性质为公共建筑，将拟建涪陵万达广场。项目用地北侧为高边坡，之上为涪清路（标高高于本地块40~52米）；东侧为高边坡，之上为已建住宅区和团结路（标高高于本地块9~30米）；南侧为团结路，与本地块高差最大为8米；西侧为滨江大道，基本平接本地块。
