雄安新区启动区首批综合保障类项目，河北/建筑

近日，中建三局承建的雄安新区启动区首批综合保障类项目，首个集商业、住宅于一体的项目XAQD-0024、XAQD-0025号地块项目顺利通过竣工验收。

 

Recently, the first batch of comprehensive security projects in the Xiongan New Area launch area undertaken by the Third Bureau of China Construction, and the first commercial and residential project XAQD-0024 and XAQD-0025 plot project successfully passed the completion acceptance.

 

 

项目建设内容包括29栋高端住宅、8栋办公及服务配套建筑，总建筑面积约28.5万平方米，是启动区先行启动的重大项目之一，启动区显雏形、出形象重要标志性建筑，将为雄安宣武医院、疏解企四所疏解高校等提供重要配套服务设施，为有效疏解北京非首都功能提供保障。

 

The construction content of the project includes 29 high-end residential buildings, 8 office and service supporting buildings, with a total construction area of about 285,000 square meters, which is one of the major projects to be started first in the start-up area. The start-up area shows the prototype and the image of important landmark buildings, which will provide important supporting service facilities for Xiongan Xuanwu Hospital and four dredging universities. This will provide a guarantee for effectively relieving Beijing of its non-capital functions.

 

 

建设过程中，中建三局项目团队积极响应雄安集团推行的“三实三优”安全文明施工标准化管理举措，（三实：实用、实际、实效；三优：环境优、措施优、团队优）。组建“建设方+监理方+总包方+分包方”四级架构，划定区域3个、网格37个，实现项目精准管理、治理精准落地。

 

During the construction process, the project team of the third Bureau of China Construction actively responded to the "three real and three excellent" safe and civilized construction standardization management measures implemented by Xiongan Group, (three real: practical, practical, effective; Three advantages: good environment, good measures, good team). Set up a four-level structure of "constructor + supervisor + general contractor + subcontractor", delimit 3 regions and 37 grids to achieve accurate project management and governance.

 

 

项目持续优化施工工艺，采用新型组合式悬挑工字钢挑架，减少后期渗漏风险，外墙结构采用一体化保温板，地库顶板采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料及SBS耐根刺防水卷材，有效提高防水效果，保障工程质量稳定性和可靠性。项目获2022年雄安新区首届QC成果大赛一等奖，项目团队获评“雄安质量”杰出贡献单位、雄安新区高质量建设发展先进集体等。

 

The project continued to optimize the construction process, the use of new combined suspension I-beams to reduce the risk of leakage in the later period, the external wall structure with integrated insulation board, the basement roof with non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof coating and SBS barbed waterproof coil, effectively improve the waterproof effect, to ensure the stability and reliability of the project quality. The project won the first prize of the first QC Achievement Competition of Xiongan New Area in 2022, and the project team was awarded the outstanding contribution unit of "Xiongan Quality" and the advanced collective of high-quality construction and development of Xiongan New Area.

 

秉承着“开工即决战”的理念，项目团队高效率、高标准推进工程建设，高峰期建设人员达2700余名，团队成员充分发挥创新主体作用。按照图纸建立BIM模型，并生成工艺视频，以管线综合排布深化图纸及问题报告，对现场班组进行交底，组织开展钢筋、模板等职业技能比赛10余次，营造比学赶超的良好氛围，确保工期节点稳步推进。

 

Adhering to the concept of "start the decisive battle", the project team promoted the construction of the project with high efficiency and high standards, and the construction personnel reached more than 2700 at the peak, and the team members gave full play to the main role of innovation. The BIM model was established according to the drawings, and the process video was generated, the drawings and problem reports were deepened by the comprehensive arrangement of pipelines, the on-site teams were briefed, and more than 10 professional skills competitions such as steel bars and templates were organized to create a good atmosphere for learning to catch up and ensure the steady progress of the construction period nodes.

 

项目自2022年4月开工建设以来，仅用5天完成场地清理及平整，承办雄安新区2022年二季度重点项目集中开工活动，57天完成19台塔吊安装，68天首块车库冲出正负零，286天主体结构全面封顶，476天完成五方验收。以优质高效的过程履约，为胜利竣工奠定坚实基础。

 

Since the construction of the project began in April 2022, it has only taken 5 days to complete the site cleaning and leveling, and to undertake the Xiongan New Area 2022In the second quarter, key projects focused on construction activities, 57 days to complete the installation of 19 tower cranes, 68 days to clear the first block of the garage, 286 days to fully cap the main structure, 476 days to complete the five-party acceptance. With high quality and efficient process performance, we lay a solid foundation for successful completion.
