本项目位于本项目位于临港主城区环滴水湖二环城市公园带,约占二环城市公园带的二分之一环,设计范围为海港大道- 环湖西二路-N19 路- 环湖西三路所围成的区域,总面积约合113.5 公顷。随着主城区开发规模在不断扩大,为使主城区彰显城市环境魅力,锚固增长边界,打造高品质魅力新城,临港新城中心区二期建设作为主城区近期开发重点区域,并为构建临港主城区海绵城市示范点做了良好的铺垫。滴水湖场 地的特质是水系• 绿廊• 人。如何处理好这三者的关系,便成了能否使场地焕发活力的关键。因此我们提出“水韵绿廊,与自然共舞之境”的主旨。项目分为A、B 两个地块,是环滴水湖景观带的重要组成部分。
The project is located in the second ring urban park belt around Dishui Lake in the main urban area of Lingang, accounting for about half of the second ring urban park belt. The design scope is the area surrounded by Haigang Avenue - Huanhu West Second Road -n19 road - Huanhu West Third Road, with a total area of about 113.5 hectares. With the continuous expansion of the development scale of the main urban area, in order to make the main urban area highlight the charm of the urban environment, anchor the growth boundary, and create a high-quality charming new city, the construction of phase II of the central area of Lingang New City, as a key area for the recent development of the main urban area, has laid a good foundation for the construction of a sponge city demonstration point in Lingang main urban area. The characteristics of Dishui Lake site are water system, green corridor and people. How to deal with the relationship between these three has become the key to whether the venue can be revitalized. Therefore, we propose the theme of water rhyme green corridor, a place of dancing with nature. The project is divided into two plots a and B, which are an important part of the landscape belt around Dishui Lake.

港城广场位于临港新片区核心城区,毗邻滴水湖,总建筑面积55.8万平方米,由港城集团直属展博公司建设运营。港城广场以办公为依托,通过吸引信息科技、文化教育、建筑建造、金融创新、生物医疗等企业入驻,形成具有地标性建筑、引领性产业和带动性效应的“城市会客厅”。

港城广场一期项目整体呈现功能业态复合、都市园林融合、街坊庭院围合、绿色低碳组合、地下空间整合的特色。其中16-1地块位于临港新片区先行区核心地带,是包含办公、商业、会展等完善功能配套的城市综合体项目。主楼造型精致,充分展现了港城广场的独特性。

该工程2015年11月开工之初就是高标准规划,展博公司协同施工单位中国建筑第八工程局有限公司明确以“鲁班奖”为目标,建立质量管理体系,结合项目的特点和难点,编制《质量管理策划》,确定创优工作计划、技术措施和质量管理要点,对创优目标进行层层分解,落实到每个阶段、每个分项及检验批,倡导过程精品。工程在质量、管理、技术、进度、安全、设计等方面均成效显著,于2020年4月完成竣工验收备案,并收获了丰硕的成果。

The completion acceptance filing was completed in April 2020, and fruitful results were achieved.

港城广场项目为三星级绿色建筑,采用光导照明系统、雨水回收系统等62项绿色设计。建造过程中,采用空气源热泵、扬尘监测及自动控制等82项绿色施工措施。先进的设计与建造理念,积极响应“双碳”战略目标,并将为临港新片区的后续建设提供标杆参考。
Gangcheng Plaza project is a three-star green building, which adopts 62 green designs such as light guide lighting system and rainwater recycling system. During the construction, 82 green construction measures such as air source heat pump, dust monitoring and automatic control were adopted. 港城广场能源中心是临港新片区首个以天然气为一次能源、分布式供能为核心技术的区域集中供能综合体项目,项目整体采用了先进的节能控制理念及超前的自动化监控系统,并用工业控制系统取代了传统的楼宇控制系统。自2020年4月份投入运行至今,港城广场能源中心已持续安全运行超过一年,与常规能源系统对比,综合能耗降低15-20%。
Gangcheng square energy center is the first regional centralized energy supply complex project in Lingang New Area, which takes natural gas as the primary energy and distributed energy supply as the core technology. The project adopts advanced energy-saving control concept and advanced automatic monitoring system, and replaces the traditional building control system with industrial control system.
