概况overview

 

作为锡东新城未来重要组成部分,宛山湖生态科技城是支撑无锡发展转型和太湖湾科创走廊的重要战略节点。历史悠久的天一中学,将在此建设60班全寄宿的新校区。新校区承担着引领科技城发展、提升科技城教育、传承天一文化的使命。

 

As an important part of Xidong New Town in the future, Wanshan Lake Ecological Science and Technology City is an important strategic node to support Wuxi’s development transformation and the Taihu Lake Bay Science and Innovation Corridor. Tianyi High School, which has a long history, will build a new campus with 60 classes fully boarding here. The new campus undertakes the mission of leading the development of the science and technology city, enhancing science and technology city education, and inheriting Tianyi culture.

天人合一,这种强调人与自然共生的哲学,恰如其分的体现在新城生态与科技和谐发展的规划中,也是我们在天一新校区中所秉承的设计理念。我们希望校园建立师生与自然、学习者与空间、现状与未来、文化与科技、校园与社区的共生语境,建立一个以人为本、复合集约、开放发展的新型学习空间。

The philosophy of unity between man and nature, which emphasizes the symbiosis between humans and nature, is appropriately reflected in the planning of the harmonious development of ecology and technology in the new city, and is also the design concept we uphold in the Tianyi New Campus. We hope to establish a symbiotic context between teachers and students and nature, learners and space, current and future, culture and technology, and campus and community on campus, and create a new type of learning space that is people-oriented, comprehensive, intensive, and open for development.

无锡自史以来,园林林立,书院繁盛。新校区设计对园林和书院的构图手法进行现代演绎,塑造立体错落、开合有度的院落空间。

 

Since its history, Wuxi has been home to numerous gardens and flourishing academies. The design of the new campus presents a modern interpretation of the composition techniques of gardens and academies, creating a three-dimensional and well proportioned courtyard space.

将城市河道引入校园的核心景观——中央花园,蜿蜒的水景是映山湖在新校区的精神传承。中央花园博雅大气,整体氛围静谧安宁,构建深远之境。

 

Introducing the urban river into the core landscape of the campus – the Central Garden, the winding water scenery is the spiritual inheritance of Yingshan Lake in the new campus. The central garden is elegant and grand, with a tranquil and peaceful overall atmosphere, creating a profound realm.

校园主轴从校门、校前广场、图书科技楼、中央花园转至生活区,轴线错落,院落参差,形成步移景异的空间效果;次轴自西向东由水景、中央花园至林中学堂、体育场形成。

 

The main axis of the campus shifts from the school gate, the front square, the library and technology building, and the central garden to the living area. The axis is staggered, and the courtyards are uneven, forming a spatial effect of walking and scenery; The secondary axis is formed from west to east by the water scenery, central garden to the forest school, and sports stadium.

一体校园Integrated Campus

 

校园教学综合区、运动区、生活区围绕中央花园展开,相对独立又通过连廊、室外平台等紧密联系,各个功能区之间高效联动、风雨无阻。

The campus teaching comprehensive area, sports area, and living area are centered around the central garden, which is relatively independent and closely connected through corridors, outdoor platforms, etc. The various functional areas are efficiently interconnected and weather resistant.

教学综合区由教学楼、图书科技、艺术楼、行政楼、剧场、食堂组成。这是一个具有多重功能的“未来性”空间,教学、阅览、科技、表演等功能之间充分混合与过渡,突破了原有的清晰的界定,学习者可以感受到一种不同于以往的连贯和通透。

 

The comprehensive teaching area consists of teaching buildings, book and technology buildings, art buildings, administrative buildings, theaters, and canteens. This is a multi-functional “futuristic” space, where teaching, reading, technology, performance, and other functions are fully mixed and transitioned, breaking through the original clear definition. Learners can feel a coherence and transparency different from the past.

体育馆设计考虑面向城市共享,设置于东北角,对内、对外形成出入口。

 

The design of the sports arena considers sharing with the city and is located in the northeast corner, forming entrances and exits both internally and externally.

第二地表Second Surface

 

穿梭于建筑之间的活动平台,形成校园的第二地表。地面与平台、屋面形成垂直的三个层次,既有效的缓解了校园交通压力,又为校园注入了全新的空间体验,形成“垂直的园林”。

 

The activity platform shuttling between buildings forms the second surface of the campus. The three vertical levels formed by the ground, platform, and roof not only effectively alleviate the traffic pressure on campus, but also inject a new spatial experience into the campus, forming a “vertical garden”.

学习空间Learning Space

 

教学楼三栋排列,保证了教学的高效和严格的日照通风条件。演示教室、报告厅灵活布置,成为空间的点缀。而利用合班教室、探索学习空间形成的活力山丘,则创造出上上下下的室外特色交流场所。

 

The arrangement of three teaching buildings ensures efficient teaching and strict sunlight and ventilation conditions. The demonstration classroom and lecture hall are flexibly arranged to become embellishments of the space. By utilizing shared classrooms and exploring learning spaces, a vibrant hill is formed, creating outdoor characteristic communication venues for everyone up and down.

图书科技楼功能围绕共享中庭展开。这里布置有大台阶、跨层楼梯、学习广场,为师生创造了舒适的交流、展示空间。建筑底层布置图书馆,阅览空间灵活布置,强调开放性。

 

The functions of the Book Technology Building revolve around a shared atrium. There are large steps, cross level stairs, and a learning square arranged here, creating a comfortable communication and exhibition space for teachers and students. The library is arranged on the ground floor of the building, and the reading space is flexibly arranged, emphasizing openness.

礼堂艺术楼中央布置1200人剧场,周边艺术教室围绕中庭展开,打造艺术综合体。

 

The center of the auditorium art building is equipped with a 1200 person theater, and the surrounding art classrooms are arranged around the atrium, creating an art complex.

面向球场的交流空间,将看台、各类交流功能融为一体,室外楼梯与彩色的盒子,营造出充满活力的室外非正式学习空间。

新校区建筑形态呼应宛山湖生态科技城的现代性,并延续天一中学书卷、典雅的文化语境。一体化的校园整体水平向展开,强化了校园在科技城片区的独特性。

 

The architectural form of the new campus echoes the modernity of Wanshan Lake Ecological Science and Technology City, and continues the cultural context of Tianyi Middle School’s books and elegance. The overall level of integrated campus development has strengthened the uniqueness of the campus in the science and technology city area.

校园在结构上,是方正的、有机的,隐喻着天一中学的历史传承。而生态、安全的白色仿石涂料及铝板,是蓄势待发的,隐喻天一中学宛山湖校区生机勃勃的发展趋势。建筑立面的造型元素,与天一中学的校徽元素不谋而合。充满张力的体育馆,也为城市街角增添了一抹亮色。

 

The campus is square and organic in structure, symbolizing the historical heritage of Tianyi Middle School. The ecological and safe white imitation stone coating and aluminum plate are poised to take off, symbolizing the vibrant development trend of Tianyi Middle School Wanshan Lake Campus. The styling elements of the building facade coincide with the emblem elements of Tianyi Middle School. The tense sports arena also adds a touch of brightness to the city’s street corners.
