Its main functions are divided into hotel room and office room of West Taihu Lake Management Committee. Binhu road in the south of the base is 24m wide urban trunk road and Taihu Lake, and Yizi River in the north. It is rich in green landscape resources. Therefore, the design makes full use of the North-South landscape in the overall layout, and the whole building is arranged 30 degrees south by East in a spindle shape. The north side of the building echoes with the river revetment line, and the south side echoes with the urban corner space. Morphologically, the south side of the building overhangs about 15m, forming an entrance gray space. The north slope faces the Yizi River, forming an open riverside space. The east side of the building is the office part, and the west side of the building is the hotel part. The first and second floors of the hotel and office are connected, and the third to seventh floors are completely separated, forming two independent functional areas. The base has an entrance and exit on Binhu Road, and a logistics service entrance and exit on the southwest corner of the base. Building concession: the red line of Binhu road is 10m, and the red line of Jingliu road is 15m. Retreat 8m from the blue line of other Yizi river. The garage adopts compound garage design. The basement is led to each floor by two fire elevators and freight elevators. The kitchen is equipped with three dining ladders leading to the second floor. The west side of the first floor plan is the hotel part, and the east side is the office part, which is accessed from the south of the building. Some functions of the hotel include: hotel lobby, banquet hall, restaurant, coffee bar, fire control center and hotel logistics service. The lobby is partially two-story high and open. Office functions include: office lobby, exhibition area and office management area.
