中电科海洋信息技术研究院三亚研发单元组团位于海南陵水县清水湾国际信息产业园内。项目总建筑面积5463平方米,由10个3层办公研发模块组成,主要用于一个科研团队或科学家个人在这里进行一段时间的研究、创作和设计。
 
The Sanya R & D unit group of CETC Marine Information Technology Research Institute is located in Qingshuiwan International Information Industry Park, Lingshui County, Hainan. The total construction area of the project is 5463 square meters, which is composed of 10 3-story office R & D modules. It is mainly used for a scientific research team or individual scientists to conduct research, creation and design here for a period of time.
 
合理规划组团结构关系
研发中心组团整体为两列布置结构。内部围合出公共内庭院,是科研人员的休息和交流场所。外部与运营中心、园区出入口和食堂快捷联系,便于高效的数据传输和生活服务。
 
Reasonably plan the group structure relationship
The R & D Center cluster is arranged in two columns as a whole. The public inner courtyard is enclosed inside, which is a place for scientific researchers to rest and communicate. The outside is in quick contact with the operation center, the entrance and exit of the park and the canteen, which is convenient for efficient data transmission and life services.

根据项目所在的场地环境条件和当地气候特征,始终将绿色设计思想贯穿设计始终。

模块化单元设计
中电科海洋信息技术研究院三亚研发单元组团,是作为项目科研团队用的研发空间。不同的科研项目,会有不同的研发团队过来使用。研发项目结束,则研究团队解散。所以,针对这样的使用需求,最好的策略就是采用模块化的单元设计。每个单元模块都一样,平面尺寸为14米X14米,高度为12米,单元面积都是550平方米左右。可以根据不同的研究项目,科研团队可以选择一个单元,或是两个单元,或是三个单元等组合。若是碰到大项目,甚至还可以是五个单元成一组。这种使用上的灵活性和弹性,以及合适的单元规模,很好的满足了不同的研发项目需求。
 
Modular unit design
Sanya R & D unit group of CETC Marine Information Technology Research Institute is the R & D space used by the project scientific research team. Different research projects will be used by different R & D teams. When the R & D project ends, the research team is dissolved. Therefore, for such use requirements, the best strategy is to adopt modular unit design. Each unit module is the same, with a plane size of 14 meters x14 meters, a height of 12 meters, and a unit area of about 550 square meters. According to different research projects, the scientific research team can choose one unit, two units, or a combination of three units. If you encounter a large project, you can even form a group of five units. This flexibility and flexibility in use, as well as the appropriate unit size, well meet the needs of different R & D projects.

 

 

低成本的快速建造
业主要求项目的建设成本尽可能的低。由于采用单元模块的设计思路,从设计开始就为降低施工成本创造了条件。施工构件的标准化、高重复率和模块化,极大降低了建造成本,加快了建造速度。建筑建造全部采用当地常用材料和常规做法,避免施工中的特殊做法,降低施工难度。外墙采用常规涂料做法,建筑没有任何装饰。所有的构造都是从功能出发。采用低成本的被动式绿色设计,充分利用自然采光,做好遮阳,组织有效的通风。
 
Low cost rapid construction
The owner requires the construction cost of the project to be as low as possible. The design idea of unit module has created conditions for reducing construction costs from the beginning of design. The standardization, high repetition rate and modularization of construction components have greatly reduced the construction cost and accelerated the construction speed. All buildings are constructed with local commonly used materials and conventional practices to avoid special practices in construction and reduce construction difficulty. The exterior wall adopts conventional coating method, and the building has no decoration. All structures start from function. Adopt low-cost passive green design, make full use of natural lighting, do a good job of shading, and organize effective ventilation.

立体交通设计与交往空间的塑造
交通空间设计结合单体模块和室外内庭院,打造出了一个立体的联系系统。目的是为了更好的让科研人员到达各个单体,单体之间可以非常方便的进行组合和分隔。同时,设计围绕建筑功能和主要动线,穿插多样的室外生态庭院和丰富的交流空间。
 
Three dimensional traffic design and the shaping of communication space
The traffic space design combines the single module and the outdoor inner courtyard to create a three-dimensional connection system. The purpose is to better let researchers reach each monomer, which can be easily combined and separated. At the same time, the design centers on building functions and main moving lines, interspersed with a variety of outdoor ecological courtyards and rich communication spaces.

 

 

适应地域气候的设计

Design adapted to regional climate

 

1、组织良好的自然通风环境

建筑在总体布局上采用模块单元组合,单元之间都设计有通风走廊。设计中运用了CFD手段对建筑周边室外场地进行风环境模拟分析,以此来指导总体布局,达到更好地自然通风效果。建筑室内做到南北通透,利用在室内形成穿堂风。

 

1. Well organized natural ventilation environment

The overall layout of the building adopts module unit combination, and ventilation corridors are designed between units. CFD method is used in the design to simulate and analyze the wind environment of the outdoor site around the building, so as to guide the overall layout and achieve better natural ventilation effect. The interior of the building should be transparent from north to south, and use it to form a draught indoors.

 

 

2、通过永久性构件塑造良好的遮阳空间

由于海南地区全年日照强烈,所以我们在设计中通过永久性的建筑构件,如:外檐廊、阳台、遮阳板等,为建筑提供水平式遮阳。通过在建筑屋面设置光伏板和遮阳格栅的设计,避免阳光对建筑的直接照射,又能利用阳光产生能源。采用室外楼梯间,既适应当地气候,又节约造价。

 

2. Create a good sunshade space through permanent components

Due to the strong sunshine throughout the year in Hainan, we provide horizontal shading for the building through permanent building components, such as external eaves Gallery, balcony, sunshade, etc. Through the design of setting photovoltaic panels and sunshade grids on the roof of the building, the direct sunlight on the building can be avoided, and the sunlight can be used to generate energy. The use of outdoor staircases not only adapts to the local climate, but also saves cost.
