本项目为天安财产保险公司的总部大楼，是为满足保险公司集团总部办公、技术、培训、会议、研究、形象展示、员工活动功能及发展要求并兼具价值增值潜力而建设的“5A”甲级写字楼。项目总用地面积7391平方米，总建筑面积约69850平方米，地上总建筑面积44580平方米，地下建筑面积25270平方米；主楼18层，建筑高度79.99米，裙房6层，建筑高度28.3米。

 

This project is the headquarters building of Tian'an property insurance company. It is a "5A" Class A office building built to meet the office, technology, training, conference, research, image display, employee activity functions and development requirements of the headquarters of the insurance company group, and has value-added potential. The total land area of the project is 7391 square meters, the total construction area is about 69850 square meters, the total aboveground construction area is 44580 square meters, and the underground construction area is 25270 square meters; The main building has 18 floors, with a building height of 79.99 meters, and the skirt building has 6 floors, with a building height of 28.3 meters.

 

 

设计理念

项目办公主体塔楼沿国展路与博展路布置，远眺黄浦江。立面竖向线条取意黄浦江水的流动形态，引江水入建筑。建筑在拥有厚重金融历史感的同时，也具有细水长流的隐喻，充满蒸蒸日上的动态感。竖向线条最终汇聚到塔顶，形成水聚天心的格局和居高临下之磅礴气势。

 

Design concept

The main office tower of the project is arranged along Guozhan road and Bozhan Road, overlooking the Huangpu River. The vertical lines of the facade take the flow form of Huangpu River water and lead the river water into the building. While building has a profound sense of financial history, it also has the metaphor of a long stream of water, which is full of a dynamic sense of prosperity. The vertical lines finally converge to the top of the tower, forming a pattern of water gathering in the center of heaven and a majestic momentum from a high position.

 

 

亮点设计

这个具有“水聚天心”格局的塔楼顶部圆弧三层通高空中办公大堂，创造了一个独特的汇聚空间形态，突出并展现金融企业精神与行业地位，在世博A片区林立的办公建筑中脱颖而出，在黄浦江上熠熠生辉。

 

Highlight design

With the pattern of "water gathering in the center of the sky", the arc three storey high overhead office lobby at the top of the tower creates a unique convergence space shape, highlights and shows the spirit of financial enterprise and industry status, stands out among the office buildings in the Expo a area, and shines on the Huangpu River.

 

 

细部设计

办公塔楼挺拔的切面石材凸显厚重质感，镶嵌古铜金属形成材质对比的精致感；转角窗扇将45度基地朝向修正的同时，避免了高密的办公楼栋间的视线冲突，也形成不同角度建筑形象的变化，给人留下深刻印象。

 

Detail design

The tall and straight cut stone of the office tower highlights the sense of thickness and quality, and the inlaid bronze metal forms a delicate sense of material contrast; While the corner window sash corrects the 45 degree base orientation, it avoids the line of sight conflict between high-density office buildings, and also forms the changes of architectural images from different angles, which is impressive.

 

商业主入口处富有韵律的双层呼吸玻璃幕墙设计打造了一个钻石般晶莹剔透的入口形象；立面石材至上而下延续至办公主入口处截面的戏剧性变化，在细节中刻画出庄重典雅、百年隽永的金融企业形象。

 

The rhythmic double-layer breathing glass curtain wall design at the main entrance of the business creates a diamond like crystal clear entrance image; The dramatic change of the facade stone from top to bottom continues to the section at the entrance of the office princess, depicting a solemn, elegant, century old and meaningful financial enterprise image in the details.

建筑、室内、景观及泛光照明的一体化的设计，将建筑立面的竖向切角线条及圆弧元素深入到室内设计的每一个角落。将建筑自身的独特符号在建筑室内空间扩展延续，由外至内一气呵成，整体舒展，独具匠心。
