Additionally, given the site’s wide-open views and its location at a street corner node, a complete circular shape was chosen as the building’s form, it stands independently and conspicuously while forming a distant temporal and spatial dialogue with the “Tianhan Tower”. At the same time,we also planned another cultural building on the west side of the axis, with a landmark tower closing off the northern end of the axis. Furthermore, through an underground pedestrian route, the cultural square and riverside wetland park on the southern side were connected with the new building complex.
