The primary design strategy is to dissolve this division through lightness: built upon the existing bridge structure, the new building “grows” in a “floating form.” By elevating the ground floor and adopting a lightweight roof system, it breaks free from the sense of oppression exerted by the ground, rising like a cloud from the wheat field.
