The project focuses on one of the five long-vacant European-style buildings from the former “Wine Plaza.” Due to its outdated appearance, empty interior, single-function layout, and lack of thematic identity, the building has remained dormant in value for an extended period. This renovation begins with this site and aims to awaken the potential of the lakeshore and reshape the vitality of the area, positioning the first building as a pioneering landmark for new-format commerce at Land Lake. It will be redefined as a multi-functional “urban public living room.” It is not only a physical space, but also a dynamic platform that sparks creativity and encourages interaction. After reorganizing the surrounding environment, the site becomes more open and pure.
