阳狮集团(Publicis Groupe)是位列全球榜首的三家广告公司之一。它凭借“Power of One”即“一个阳狮”的理念,将众多的代理机构汇聚在一个屋檐下。该公司的上海新总部从设计上将这一理念转化为一个充满活力的工作环境。受传统中式庭院和千变万化的城市精神的启发,新总部的设计展现出该集团的战略转型目标,即更多协作,灵活敏捷和创意上的协同增效。与此同时,从空间上又不失品牌大胆而独树一帜的识别度。

 

A global leader in advertising and public relations, Publicis Groupe has embraced its “Power of One” philosophy by consolidating a diverse range of agencies under one roof. To translate this vision into vibrant workplace, Ippolito Fleitz Group was commissioned to design the Group’s China headquarters in the heart of Shanghai. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese courtyards and echoing the city’s ever-evolving spirit, the new headquarters embodies the group’s strategic shift toward greater collaboration, agility, and creative synergy—while asserting a bold and distinctive spatial identity.

色彩“层次” A Cohesive Vertical Experience

 

新总部选址在太平洋新天地商业中心,占据其中八个楼层。这栋高层建筑是上海生机勃勃的新天地区的一座标志性建筑。本次设计面对的一个挑战是,如何让多个任务不同、重点各异的代理机构成为一个整体。为此,我们构建了一个统一而灵活的空间框架,在确保整体视觉协调的前提下,尊重并融入各机构的品牌个性。通过分层色彩策略,结合色彩、材质与细节的差异化运用,为每一层及不同功能区域塑造出鲜明而独特的氛围。整体色彩系统在丰富中保持统一,既强化了空间导向性与视觉节奏,也实现了跨楼层的和谐体验。最终营造出一个既整体连贯、又包容多元身份的现代办公环境。

 

Spanning eight consecutive floors in the CPIC Xintiandi Commercial Center—an iconic high-rise in Shanghai’s vibrant Xintiandi area—the design faced a central challenge: unifying agencies with distinct identities under one coherent vision. The answer was a robust unified framework which translates the Power-of-One vision into a consistent experience while giving spave for individual identities. This is supported by a  layered colour strategy, giving floors and neighbourhoods its own personalities with  variations in colour, material and details , while the consistent palette ensures visual rhythm, clarity, and intuitive orientation. This chromatic framework brings harmony to the vertical experience while celebrating diversity within.

运动与相遇 Stitching Community Through Movement

 

充满雕塑感的中央楼梯是联系各层的另一个要素。作为一个物理层面和社交层面的枢纽,它不仅吸引人们在上下楼层之间走动,而且创造了结识新同事的机会。在高密度的高层办公环境中,团队凝聚力容易因物理分隔而减弱。这座楼梯将整座总部化身为一个充满活力的社区,有效打破这种隔阂,重塑空间凝聚力。

 

This sense of continuity is anchored by a central sculptural staircase. Serving as both a physical and social connector, the staircase enables movement between floors and fosters spontaneous encounters. In a high-rise where unity can easily fragment, the design cultivates a dynamic community—a hive of motion, collaboration, and collective energy.

携手共赢 Memorable Journey to Impress

 

来到这座总部的访客同样会受到这一氛围的感染,他们在客户旅程中将体验到一系列彰显个性和鼓舞人心的动能。步出电梯,迎面而来的是一个标志性的红色大理石前台,其背景是一面瓷砖铺设的砖墙,让人联想到老上海的石库门建筑。

 

The visitor’s journey is designed to impress, immerse, and inspire. Stepping out of the lift, the first impression is striking: a red ceramic brick wall evokes Shanghai’s iconic lanehouses, paired with Publicis Groupe’s lion emblem, brightly illuminated by a glowing light film. This bold, tactile entrance sets the tone for what lies ahead—an experience rooted in place and full of presence.

这一楼层是接待访客的楼层,它的核心是一个圆形的Pitch Room,一个点燃创意火花和共创故事的地方。这一空间采用独特的圆形布局,配有曲面LED屏幕。里面的桌椅可以灵活移动,随时调整布局。智能玻璃墙轻轻一按,就能变成雾面,保证私密性。这是一个高度沉浸式的空间,将客户与团队的能量汇集一处。这种深入的合作所带来的成果在旁边的互动式的Digital Award Wall上一一呈现。这个由LED屏幕构成的“数字荣誉墙” ,透过刻着阳狮获奖记录的玻璃砖,用灯光和动态影像,以互动的方式把集团的高光时刻生动展现在观者面前。

 

At the heart of the visitor floor is the Pitch Room. Circular in plan and wrapped in a curved LED screen, it’s far from a traditional meeting space—reimagined instead as an immersive storytelling platform, where sparks of creativity shine. Movable chairs and standing tables offer flexibility, while switchable smart glass provides instant privacy. Here, communication becomes a shared experience, blurring the boundary between speaker and audience. Nearby, the Digital Award Wall transforms recognition into interaction. Made of LED-embedded glass bricks, it showcases defining moments from Publicis’ legacy—turning static history into a living archive of motion, light, and story. Visitors are invited not only to witness but to engage, anchoring memory, brand, and emotion in a single, fluid gesture.

内核指引方向 The Core as Compass

 

每层楼都以一个中央核心区为布局中心,其平面布局均围绕这个内核展开。这个区域既是空间的枢纽,也是视觉的焦点。核心区的墙面采用不锈钢饰板包裹,并搭配连续的水平木质层架,在赋予各楼层统一材质语言的同时,也营造出宁静而有序的几何美感。这个区域内容纳了电梯、楼梯入口、卫生间、社交活动室和食品自动售货机等元素。

 

Each floor is organised around a central core that acts as both spatial and visual anchor. Clad in stainless steel panels and a continuous horizontal wooden shelf, it brings material continuity and calm geometry to each level. Practical amenities—such as water stations, coffee pickup points, nursing rooms, and displays—are seamlessly integrated into this core, making essential functions feel like a natural part of the architecture.

围绕其四周的是一个动态的衔接区域,目的是避免产生线性走廊的感觉。我们用多个可以变化的扩展元素取而代之,为自然的邂逅创造机会。再配以高脚桌、休息室和电话亭,形成一个放松的工作环境。有利于专注工作的传统办公区由彩色玻璃部分隔开,一方面产生视觉深度,另一方面又配合天花板和地板起到分区的作用。沿着外墙,我们为沉思类的工作设置了一系列的Hot Desks,旨在提供一些安静的角落,以便集中精力思考,同时可以俯瞰城市。这种层次丰富的空间战略支持不同的工作方式,允许不同的代理机构重新配置并快速适应动态的市场需求。

 

Surrounding the core is a dynamic circulation zone, avoiding a linear corridor feeling with variable openings designed to spark casual encounters. This area features high tables and phone booths that support a range of informal work modes. Beyond, traditional workstations are partially screened by coloured translucent glass, creating visual depth while maintaining a sense of privacy. Along the window façade, contemplative hot desks offer quiet moments of focus with expansive views over the city. This layered spatial strategy supports diverse ways of working while giving each agency the agility to reconfigure—adapting swiftly to the demands of a dynamic market.

专注于员工服务的Team Hub从一楼大堂可直接前往,它是一个以员工为中心的服务场所,其中的一切都围绕员工所关切的问题展开。除了传统的人力资源部、IT部和财务部之外,还另设有一个可以提供快捷服务的服务台。这个区域的“心脏”是一个公司自营的咖啡馆,装修采用亮橙色水磨石,活力十足,像一个开在办公室里的街角咖啡店。当然,空间中也不乏阳狮的品牌元素,包括带有企业自豪感的装饰摆件,传递出鲜明的文化身份。

 

Accessible directly from the ground-floor lobby, the employee hub offers a calm, tactile, and focused environment where staff feel supported and valued. This floor brings together HR, IT, and Finance in clearly zoned, easily accessible stations that address essential employee needs—whether it’s grabbing a coffee, fixing a laptop issue, or having a quick chat with HR. At the heart of the space, an in-house café clad in vibrant orange terrazzo channels the vivacity of a neighbourhood corner shop—with a Publicis twist: branded merchandise and proud Publicis lions included.

总部里的每个楼层均设有一个茶水间,为即时会议提供轻松的环境。茶水间的装修采用红砖、木漆或手工铺设的瓷砖,色调覆盖红色系、木色系和绿色系。这些空间为日常工作带来条理和温馨,既接地气,又令人感到亲切。

 

Across all floors, pantries offer casual settings for spontaneous meetings. Clad in red brick, wood lacquer, or hand-laid tile—echoing the overall palette of red, wood, and green—these spaces bring texture and warmth to daily routines, creating environments that feel grounded and personal.

除此之外,我们另设了一个可以容纳更多人的Grand Pantry。它的空间灵活,便于按需调整,焕发集体能量。这个Grand Pantry有可折叠的屏幕,可推移的隔断墙和动态的天花板系统,可根据需要自由延展。作为整个总部的社交核心,这个多功能空间完美适配各类活动场景。从休闲午餐到品牌活动,皆可从容应对。

 

The Grand Pantry at the top embodies agility, adaptability, and collective energy. With foldable screens, operable partitions, and a dynamic ceiling system, it expands or contracts as needed—supporting interaction at any scale. As the social engine of the headquarters, this transformable space hosts everything from casual lunches to full-floor events.
