Originally used as a “studio,” it was not perfectly suited to the coffee program’s functions. Moreover, the long frozen ground period in Qinhuangdao made indoor insulation a core concern. In the end, we abandoned the brand’s signature “fully open” storefront typology, choosing instead to open only the ground floor and introduce a set of heavy-duty doors and windows that respond to the harsh cold. Physically, they accomplish the essential tasks of insulation and condensation prevention; spiritually, they become a silent manifesto responding to the local climate—exchanging a full year of stability for the restraint of opening and closing.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp style=\"text-align: justify;
