Adrian Smith + Gordon gill (as + GG) was appointed as the designer of the "una" building in Miami, Florida, which will be a 47 storey building with 135 apartments. Inspired by the iconic Riva yacht, the concept of this design is "clear modern lines and ribbon curves". So far, the most well-known project of as + GG is the Kingdom tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which will become the tallest building in the world.

“Una”将沿着迈阿密的Brichell大街建造，这条大街在上世纪70年代开始将迈阿密引入高层时代。这135套公寓从2室到5室不等，为充分利用海湾景观，设计了3米进深的阳台和自地板到天花的玻璃门。每个公寓都包含一个私人电梯入口、一间厨房和3.3米高的天花板。除了这些私人设施，Una大厦还提供众多公共设施，包括公共健身中心、三个游泳池、一个死人码头和一个水疗中心。

"Una" will be built along Miami's bricell street, which introduced Miami into the high-rise era in the 1970s. The 135 apartments range from 2 rooms to 5 rooms. In order to make full use of the Bay landscape, a 3M deep balcony and a glass door from the floor to the ceiling are designed. Each apartment includes a private elevator entrance, a kitchen and a 3.3m high ceiling. In addition to these private facilities, una building also provides many public facilities, including a public fitness center, three swimming pools, a dead man's Wharf and a spa.

由于强调内外之间的联系，AS+GG也参与了建筑的内部设计。再次受Riva游艇的启发，室内装饰着天然的皮革、石材和木头，暖色调与不锈钢的冷色调形成了对比。获奖的景观公司Enzo Enea将设计一个私人的海滨花园，完善整体建筑设计，增强其城市公园的特性。

Due to the emphasis on the connection between inside and outside, as + GG also participated in the internal design of the building. Inspired by Riva yacht again, the interior is decorated with natural leather, stone and wood, and the warm tone is in contrast to the cold tone of stainless steel. The award-winning landscape company Enzo ENEA will design a private seaside garden, improve the overall architectural design and enhance the characteristics of its urban park.
