Adrian Smith + Gordon gill architecture (as + GG) won the bidding of Shimao Shenzhen Longgang master plan, including Shenzhen Hong Kong International Center, which is 700 meters high and will become the world's tallest skyscraper. The project is located between the foothills of Longcheng Park and the Universiade National Park, adjacent to the Universiade stadium. The design inspiration of this beautiful new building is full of anthropomorphic characteristics, which will add a new landmark to the skyline in the northwest of Shenzhen.

At night, the building itself is a show for audio-visual feast, which highlights the positioning of sports, leisure and entertainment here. We are improving the efficiency of all aspects of the project, so as to enhance the value of the whole development project."

As we all know, Shenzhen has abundant rainfall in summer and sometimes causes flooding, so it is very important to ensure that 100% of the area can withstand the heavy rain once in 100 years. In response to heavy rain, various urban landscapes in the area are designed using a system network formed by special soil, storage tanks and local vegetation, which can recover rainwater for irrigation and other purposes.
