This disadvantageous position inspired the design inspiration instead: a nearly 200 meter long folded step grew from the plant to connect the entrance. Together, it needs to become a three-story space. The storey height of the original building is also relatively limited. The lower chord of the roof truss is only 7.5 meters from the ground. To make use of the roof truss space, an independent structure needs to be established. These conditions ultimately lead to an organizational structure with simple layout but rich spatial levels and logical viewing lines: the exhibition hall and office are divided into two on the plane and three on the section, and the main exhibition hall is sandwiched between the offices on the ground floor and the upper floor to maximize the interaction between each other.
