Shanghai " The MiddleHouse " is another design work of the famous Italian designer Piero Lissoni in China. By combining contemporary aesthetics and local elements, he tried his best to create the fourth hotel of the house collective under Swire hotel.

天马行空的皮埃尔·里梭尼，素以简洁大胆的线条及清晰简约的轮廓著称，擅长诠释全然不同的现代空间。此次他将这一风格运用到镛舍的整体、公共区域、客房以及服务式住宅的内饰设计上。

Piero Lissoni, who is famous for his simple and bold lines and clear and simple outlines, is good at interpreting completely different modern spaces. This time, he applied this style to the interior design of The MiddleHouse 's whole, public areas, guest rooms and service houses.

酒店外墙成排林立的铝合金圆形栅格，巧妙将酒店的两栋塔楼与周围建筑区隔开，缔造出静谧、安逸的都市休憩空间。整齐划一、功能性极强的幕墙装饰，是海派建筑中不可或缺的经典元素，更因其极富线条感的圆形设计平添了几分律动魅力。

The rows of aluminum alloy circular grids on the outer wall of the hotel skillfully separate the two towers of the hotel from the surrounding building area, creating a quiet and comfortable urban rest space. The neat, uniform and highly functional curtain wall decoration is an indispensable classic element in Shanghai style architecture, and it adds a bit of rhythmic charm because of its linear circular design.

In the interior design of the hotel, Lissoni draws inspiration from the long and profound craft culture of Shanghai and perfectly integrates the iconic simple style with the classic Shanghai elements.

Clear and modern lines, carefully selected materials and subtle and bold colors, combined with customized decorations inspired by Shanghai style culture, art and handicrafts, deduce the delicate interweaving of tradition and modernity.

里梭尼数十年来始终致力于革新意大利现代家具。他为镛舍客房加入了充满东方韵味的床头柜、现代时尚的台灯，和壁挂式长椅等特色装饰，创新演绎中式古典家具的现代风格。客房整体采用朦胧透明的房间隔板设计，在增加室内采光度的同时，呈现出一种自然通透的空间感。

Risoni has been committed to innovating Modern Italian furniture for decades. He added the bedside table full of oriental charm, modern and fashionable desk lamp, wall mounted bench and other characteristic decoration to The Middle House guest room, innovatively deduce the modern style of Chinese classical furniture. The whole guest room adopts the hazy and transparent room partition design, which not only increases the indoor daylighting, but also presents a natural and transparent sense of space.

敞亮的窗户设计令宾客可饱览迷人城市景致，玻璃屏幕和背光墙更为私密的浴室区域增添明亮色彩。每间客房均配备了精选的中国艺术品，彰显镛舍深厚的文化韵味，堪称整体格调的点睛之笔。

The bright window design allows guests to enjoy the charming city scenery, and the glass screen and backlight wall add bright colors to the more private bathroom area. Each guest room is equipped with selected Chinese works of art, highlighting the profound cultural charm of The Middle House, which can be called the finishing touch of the overall style.

里梭尼特别为宽敞的服务式住宅引入移动式木门设计，以打造自由灵活的居住空间。门上雕刻着精美的传统中国设计元素，可根据需要将卧室和客厅隔开。内部装饰以白色和奶油色为主基调，与家具、饰面的明亮色彩形成鲜明对比，烘托出温馨宜居的氛围。浴室则铺满了棕色的竹纹陶瓷地板，散发出与众不同的清雅魅力。

Risoni specially introduces the design of mobile wooden door for spacious service residence to create a free and flexible living space. The door is carved with exquisite traditional Chinese design elements, which can separate the bedroom from the living room as needed. The interior decoration is mainly white and cream, which forms a sharp contrast with the bright colors of furniture and finishes, setting off a warm and livable atmosphere. The bathroom is covered with brown bamboo pattern ceramic floor, emitting a distinctive elegant charm.

Café Gray Deluxe位于镛舍三层。在过去10年间，Café Gray Deluxe俨然成为香港奕居的标志性餐厅，负责餐厅的纽约名厨GrayKunz与镛舍合作开设姐妹餐厅。提供餐厅、酒吧、以及私人宴会服务。这是一处绝佳的用餐之地，于此享受早、中、晚餐的同时，还可在两餐之间于酒吧恣意小酌，或是在宽敞的露台畅饮一杯日落鸡尾酒，俯瞰南京西路摩登时尚的街景脉络。

Caf é gray Deluxe is located on the third floor of The Middle House. Over the past 10 years, CAF é gray Deluxe has become the iconic restaurant of Yiju in Hong Kong. New York chef gray Kunz in charge of the restaurant cooperates with The Middle House to open a sister restaurant. Provide restaurants, bars and private banquet services. This is a great place to eat. While enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can also have a drink in the bar between meals, or drink a sunset cocktail on the spacious terrace, overlooking the modern and fashionable street view of Nanjing West Road.
