Private Villa，孟买/室内

 

该项目源于一座既有建筑，在原有结构上进行了一系列干预，如悬臂露台、入口天篷和立面石材覆层上的装饰百叶窗，以及用于调节日光并确保隐私的金属滑动屏幕。

 

The project arises from a pre-existing architecture with a series of interventions on the original structure, such as the cantilevered terraces, the entrance canopy and the decorative louvers on the stone cladding of the façade, the metal sliding screens that serve to regulate daylight and also ensure privacy.

 

 

另外还有一层以透明玻璃展馆的形式建造，为建筑增添了轻盈的气息，并配有一个全景游泳池和一个小面积的户外休闲区。

 

 

An additional floor was also built on in the form of a pavilion of transparent glass, lending an air of lightness to the building, and featuring a panoramic swimming pool with a small area for outdoor relaxation.

 

 

建筑干预在室内也非常明显，实现了两个雕塑楼梯。

 

The architectural intervention is also very marked in the interior, with the realization of two sculptural staircases. 

 

 

第一层楼高近9米，连接前两层，用于接待客人和举办活动，而另一层则连接顶层四层，仅供家庭使用。

 

 

The first, almost nine metres high, connects the first two floors that are given over to spaces for receiving guest and for events, while the other links the top four floors that are for use solely by the family.

 

 

同时，地下室是一个用于健身的巨大空间，有游泳池、桑拿和健身房。

 

The basement meanwhile is an enormous space devoted to wellness, with a swimming pool, sauna and gym.
