TEAM is an architecture studio committed to thoughtful and innovative design that dialogues with its cultural, historical, and geographical context, integrating the  real needs of people. Since 2023, TEAM has become the synthesis of more than 25 years of experience of its founder, Ezequiel Aguilar Martínez, who previously served as a partner founder, creative and architectural design director of Metarquitectura (2010) and Triplet (2017), where he conceptualized and directed around 200 projects, distinguished by their character and versatility. TEAM projects have been considered for national and international awards, including DNA Paris Awards 2025 in the Refurbishment category for Los Pacheco Apartments, and Architizer A+ Awards 2025 in the Architecture + Stone category for La Pedrera Casa Clubhouse.
