拥有建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级、城乡规划编制甲级、工程咨询（建筑）甲级、市政行业（给水工程、排水工程）乙级、风景园林工程设计专项乙级等多项资质，是住建部首批“全过程工程咨询试点企业”。服务范围包括建筑工程设计、城市规划编制、市政工程设计、风景园林工程设计、工程咨询、建筑工程监理、建筑科学技术研究、建筑新材料新技术推广和应用等领域。

It has a number of qualifications, including class A in the construction industry (Construction Engineering), class A in urban and rural planning, class A in engineering consulting (construction), class B in the Municipal Industry (water supply engineering, drainage engineering), and class B in the special design of landscape architecture engineering. It is one of the first batch of "whole process engineering consulting pilot enterprises" of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development. The scope of services includes architectural engineering design, urban planning, municipal engineering design, landscape engineering design, engineering consulting, construction engineering supervision, building science and technology research, promotion and application of new building materials and technologies, etc.
