中国建筑设计研究院作为智力型企业，始终把人才建设作为企业发展的重点，是业内人才专业化程度较高的建筑设计企业。专业人才涵盖建筑、结构、规划、景观、造价、咨询、设备、电气等多个专业领域。现有职工超过3000人。其中包括工程院院士2人，全国工程勘察设计大师6人，国家“百千万人才工程”人选5人, 国家级有突出贡献中青年专家4人,经国务院批准享受政府津贴的专家62人；各类国家职业注册人员400余人，高级设计、研究人员近650人，海外留学归国人才近150人；专业技术人员占企业总人数近90%。

组织机构

中国院目前深挖设计咨询细分领域，布局建筑业务全产业链，设有直属部门40余个，在国内各省市设有分公司15家，积极发挥自身技术、科研、品牌优势，采取股权投资方式设立专项业务公司，促进科研技术的市场转化与实施，下辖全资企业4家，控股企业1家。同时践行国有企业混合所有制改革要求，与社会资本开展合作，参股企业7家。

 

Organization

It actively gives full play to its own advantages in technology, scientific research and brand, adopts equity investment to set up special business companies, and promotes the market transformation and implementation of scientific research and technology. It has four wholly-owned enterprises and one holding enterprise under its jurisdiction. At the same time, it implemented the requirements of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, cooperated with social capital, and participated in 7 enterprises.
