目前聘请中国工程院院士何镜堂先生和浙江大学求是特聘教授吴越先生担任艺术总监。现有员工近1700名，其中全国工程勘察设计大师1名，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家1名，中国当代百名建筑师2名，浙江省工程勘察设计大师5名，中国杰出工程师4名，中国建筑学会青年建筑师、青年工程师奖获得者12名，高级技术职称350余名，注册工程师540余名。
