作为一个为在中国工作的慈善机构和非政府组织提供设计服务的非营利组织,联阵已经在中国的各个村庄建立或目前参与了超过15个项目。这些项目包括学校、社区中心、医院、村屋、桥梁和增量规划策略。由于这种积极参与,联阵得以研究社会、经济和政治进程与每个村庄的实际改造之间的联系。

 

As a non-profit organization providing design services to charities and non-governmental organizations working in China, RUF has established or is currently involved in more than 15 projects in various villages in China. These projects include schools, community centers, hospitals, village houses, bridges and incremental planning strategies. As a result of this active participation, RUF was able to study the links between social, economic and political processes and the actual rehabilitation of each village.

This work has been exhibited at the 2010 Venice Biennale, 2012 Mak Vienna Biennale and 2013 Guggenheim Biennale. Publications include vitamin green (Phaidon 2012), regulators of change: helpful architecture (hatje Cantz, 2011), the forthcoming rural urban framework: Transforming China's countryside (birkhauser, 2013), and international journals, including architectural records, Domus, mark, architectural review, and a+u.

 

联阵的项目获得了许多国际奖项。“四季之屋”是一个乡村住宅原型,曾荣获2012年佤邦中国建筑奖,也是《建筑评论》2012年房屋奖的总冠军。联阵还因2012年再生砖学校、2010年太平桥翻修和2009年秦莫村学校获得AR新兴建筑师奖的高度赞扬。

 

RUF projects have won many international awards. "House of the four seasons" is a rural residential prototype. It has won the 2012 wa China Architecture Award, and is also the overall champion of the 2012 housing award of architectural review. RUF was also highly praised by the AR emerging architect Award for the recycled brick school in 2012, the renovation of Taiping Bridge in 2010 and the Qinmo village school in 2009.

Joshua bolchover and John Lin are currently assistant professors of the University of Hong Kong, teaching and lecturing in many academic institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, China; University of California at Bartlett; Cambridge University and the Royal Danish Academy of fine arts.
