1997年4月21日，法国欧博建筑与城市规划设计公司Aube Conception SARL d’Architecture （France）成立于位于巴黎十三区PRIMATICE街1号，是受欧盟、法国法律管辖的法资建筑设计企业，拥有欧盟及法国建筑、景观和城市规划设计,通用于欧盟和法语系国家和地区（如部分亚洲国家、非洲国家、拉丁美洲国家和阿拉伯国家）。1998年11月2日，法国欧博建筑与城市规划设计公司在中国深圳华侨城生态广场深圳代表处设立；2007年，深圳市欧博工程设计顾问有限公司正式加入欧博。
