项目定位:

该项目位于海南三亚自贸港。作为一个结合城市经济发展、企业文化使命及空间功能为一体的项目，设计师通过都市现代艺术的设计理念，从当地区域地貌与人文特征中汲取灵感，并将其赋予到设计中，以开放宽容的视野创造一个“承载记忆，未来与成长”的现代空间。

 

Project orientation:

The project is located in Sanya free trade port, Hainan. As a project integrating urban economic development, corporate cultural mission and spatial functions, the designer draws inspiration from the local regional landform and cultural characteristics through the design concept of urban modern art, and endows it to the design, creating a modern space "carrying memory, future and growth" with an open and tolerant vision.

 

空间意境:

空间整体以米色与棕色为基底，黑色为点缀，拉开空间颜色的层次感。同时利用落地窗引入光线，营造一个明亮且虚实结合的空间。沙盘区立面结构犹如阳光穿过叶隙投射光影，充满秩序与科技感。由天花至立面的影像显示模拟各类景象，柔和而富有张力。城市“动态几何元素”与“自然生态之美”结合，独特的记忆点在人的视觉与心理形成潜在的灵动吸引。

 

Space artistic conception:

The overall space is based on beige and brown and dotted with black, which opens the sense of hierarchy of space colors. At the same time, the floor to ceiling windows are used to introduce light, creating a bright space with the combination of virtual and real. The facade structure of the sand table area is like sunlight casting light and shadow through the leaf gap, full of order and a sense of science and technology. The image display from the ceiling to the facade simulates various scenes, soft and full of tension. The combination of "dynamic geometric elements" and "natural ecological beauty" of the city forms a potential flexible attraction in people's vision and psychology.

 

空间布局:

布局上创新点主要为动线的设置、艺术台阶连通上下层空间以及城市客厅概念的引入。 首先在主入口处，通过设置三条不同的动线让空间布局更具灵活性。动线一为前厅、企业文化展会、沙盘区；动线二为前厅、企业文化展会、影音室、沙盘区；动线三为前厅、沙盘区。其次，在“文化邂逅”主题空间区域，利用艺术台阶及阶梯式书店形式将上下层连接到一起，也营造了饱满充实的文化氛围。最后，在二层日日煮智慧厨房区域，结合现代厨房理念和生活化的空间设计，打造了一处如同居家客厅般的舒适空间。通过空间布局上的突破，我们将阅读、艺术、生活、空间展示。

 

Space layout:

The innovation points in the layout are mainly the setting of moving lines, the connection of art steps to the upper and lower spaces, and the introduction of the concept of urban living room. First, at the main entrance, three different moving lines are set to make the spatial layout more flexible. The first moving line is the front hall, corporate culture exhibition and sand table area; The second moving line is the front hall, corporate culture exhibition, audio-visual room and sand table area; The third moving line is the front hall and sand table area. Secondly, in the "cultural encounter" theme space area, the upper and lower levels are connected together in the form of art steps and stepped bookstores, which also creates a full and substantial cultural atmosphere. Finally, the daily cooking smart kitchen area on the second floor, combined with the modern kitchen concept and living space design, has created a comfortable space like the living room of a cohabiting family. Through a breakthrough in spatial layout, we will display reading, art, life and space.

 

设计选材:

设计选材上坚持低碳与经济性的原则。在沙盘区特地采用LED技术打造大面积的展示屏，四周墙面利用层层起伏的清水泥饰面及无机水磨石为造型，并藏入灯带，在表现柔性造型同时降低灯光的直射，也减少电能源的消耗，达到经济低碳的目的。

 

Design material selection:

The principle of low carbon and economy shall be adhered to in the design and material selection. In the sand table area, LED technology is specially used to create a large-area display screen. The surrounding walls are modeled by layers of undulating clear cement facing and inorganic terrazzo, and hidden in the lamp belt, which not only shows the flexible shape, but also reduces the direct light, but also reduces the consumption of electric energy, so as to achieve the purpose of economy and low carbon.

▼墙面的水泥板与蜂窝铝板同时诠释着都市的钢铁森林与CKS未知星球的双重意义。
