聚力国际设计联盟·共筑供应链增长新生态，百亿规模中加装配式项目合作顺利启幕

2026年9月4日，由IEC国际环境建设主办的中加绿色低碳装配式建筑产业合作研讨会暨合作签约仪式于IEC国际环境建设科技园成功举办。本次活动汇聚政、产、学、研、企各界代表，聚焦装配式建筑创新迭代与国际建材供应链协同发展，搭建起中加绿色建筑产业高效务实的交流合作平台。

 

On September 4, 2026, the China Canada Green and Low Carbon Prefabricated Building Industry Cooperation Seminar and Cooperation Signing Ceremony, hosted by IEC International Environmental Construction, was successfully held at the IEC International Environmental Construction Science and Technology Park. This event brings together representatives from various sectors including government, industry, academia, research, and enterprises, focusing on the innovation and iteration of prefabricated buildings and the coordinated development of the international building materials supply chain, to build an efficient and practical exchange and cooperation platform for the green building industry in China and Canada.

大会正式环节，与会领导及嘉宾依次登台致辞。嘉宾围绕中加经贸协作、民间友好往来、产业落地实践、国际贸易格局等维度，对两国绿色低碳装配式产业合作前景寄予高度期待，倡导进一步深化双向产业联动，挖掘跨境合作机遇。

 

Conference Introduction:

In the formal session of the conference, attending leaders and guests will take the stage to deliver speeches one by one. The guests have high expectations for the prospects of green and low-carbon prefabricated industry cooperation between China and Canada, focusing on dimensions such as economic and trade cooperation, people to people friendly exchanges, industrial implementation practices, and international trade patterns. They advocate further deepening the two-way industrial linkage and exploring opportunities for cross-border cooperation.

 

中国世界贸易组织研究会会长马建春先生发表欢迎辞，主题为 《深耕绿色低碳合作 共启中加贸易新篇章》。 

 

Mr. Ma Jianchun, President of the China World Trade Organization Research Association, delivered a welcome speech on the theme of "Deepening Green and Low Carbon Cooperation and Opening a New Chapter in China Canada Trade".  

 

 

IEC 国际环境建设创始人、董事长姚建业先生作主旨发言，围绕中加设计联盟建设，阐述链通全球建设产业的发展布局。

 

Mr. Yao Jianye, founder and chairman of IEC International Environmental Construction, delivered a keynote speech, focusing on the construction of the China Canada Design Alliance and elaborating on the development layout of the global construction industry through Liantong.

 

 

中国国际贸易学会会长金旭先生发表讲话，呼吁珍视中加友好情谊，携手共创绿色发展未来。

 

Mr. Jin Xu, President of the China International Trade Association, delivered a speech calling for cherishing the friendly relationship between China and Canada and working together to create a green development future.

 

 

中国建设文化艺术协会建筑科技委员会副会长、IEC国际设计联盟联合创建人杨倩女士，与加拿大建筑设计大师、IEC国际设计联盟联合发起人AUGUSTINKAMANGUYUMA，现场共同发布全球邀约倡议书，面向全球发出邀请，凝聚行业力量共建绿色产业新生态。 

 

Ms. Yang Qian, Vice President of the Architecture Technology Committee of the China Construction Culture and Arts Association and co-founder of the IEC International Design Alliance, and AUGUSTINKAMANGUYUMA, a Canadian architectural design master and co-founder of the IEC International Design Alliance, jointly released a global invitation proposal on site, inviting the world to gather industry strength and jointly build a new ecology of green industry.  

 

 

活动同步为IEC国际设计联盟·加拿大中心授牌，标志IEC国际设计联盟正式启幕，加拿大海外中心落地设立，为中加两国技术互通、项目对接、企业出海筑牢关键海外支点。为IEC国际设计联盟联合创建人、联合发起人颁发荣誉证书，表彰产业共建力量。

 

The event is synchronized with the awarding of the IEC International Design Alliance Canada Center, marking the official launch of the IEC International Design Alliance and the establishment of the Canada Overseas Center, laying a key overseas pivot for technology exchange, project docking, and enterprise expansion between China and Canada. To award honorary certificates to the co founders and co initiators of the IEC International Design Alliance, in recognition of the collaborative efforts of the industry.

在中加研讨对话环节，多位加方产业代表围绕加拿大装配式产业现状、BC省产业园规划、跨境项目落地合作模式进行分享，与会中方嘉宾开展双边互动研讨，碰撞合作思路，梳理落地路径。

 

In the China Canada seminar and dialogue session, several Canadian industry representatives shared their views on the current situation of Canada's prefabricated industry, the planning of industrial parks in British Columbia, and the mode of cross-border project cooperation. Chinese guests in attendance conducted bilateral interactive discussions, collided with cooperation ideas, and sorted out the implementation path.

 

 

凝聚合作共识，实干开启新程。活动压轴举行合作签约仪式，IEC董事长姚建业先生与兆星集团董事长张雪飞女士落笔签约并合影留念，合约达成《加拿大BC省规模化胶合木模块化标杆项目》，运营期为2026年-2032年，项目总估值22亿加元（约折合人民币107亿元）。此次签约进一步夯实中加绿色装配式建筑领域合作基础，助力两国企业优势互补、互利共赢。

 

Consolidate consensus on cooperation and embark on a new journey with practical actions. At the finale of the event, a cooperation signing ceremony was held. Mr. Yao Jianye, Chairman of IEC, and Ms. Zhang Xuefei, Chairman of Zhaoxing Group, signed the contract and took a group photo to commemorate it. The contract reached the "Canadian BC Province Large Scale Glued Wood Modular Benchmark Project", with an operating period from 2026 to 2032 and a total project valuation of 2.2 billion Canadian dollars (approximately 10.7 billion yuan). This signing further solidifies the foundation of cooperation in the field of green prefabricated buildings between China and Canada, and helps enterprises from both countries complement each other's advantages and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

 

随着签约环节完成，本次中加绿色低碳装配式建筑产业合作研讨会暨合作签约仪式主议程圆满落幕。未来，IEC国际设计联盟及加拿大中心将持续发挥桥梁纽带作用，推动中加绿色低碳、装配式建筑、建材供应链领域交流走深走实，助力两国产业携手并进、行稳致远。

 

With the completion of the signing process, the main agenda of the China Canada Green and Low Carbon Prefabricated Building Industry Cooperation Seminar and Cooperation Signing Ceremony came to a successful conclusion. In the future, the IEC International Design Alliance and the Canadian Center will continue to play a bridging role, promoting deeper and more practical exchanges in the fields of green and low-carbon, prefabricated construction, and building materials supply chain between China and Canada, and helping the two countries' industries to work together and achieve steady progress.
