2025年9月9日北京时间下午19时，在中国北京IEC会议区，IEC国际环境建设创始人姚建业先生与布鲁姆奇迹集团董事长兼总裁艾哈迈德·纳迪姆·可汗先生，成功签署战略合作协议，结成长期、全面的战略伙伴关系。

 

At 19:00 Beijing time on September 9, 2025, in the IEC conference area in Beijing, China, Mr. Yao Jianye, founder of IEC International Environmental Construction, and Mr. Ahmed Nadim Khan, chairman and president of Bloom Miracle Group, successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement, establishing a long-term and comprehensive strategic partnership.

 

 

双方同意在巴基斯坦、沙特阿拉伯及整个中东地区合作开发并实施建设项目。
