广东碳聚昇科技有限公司成为IEC国际环境建设佛山城市子公司，双方就核心合作方向进行讨论，双方合作机制与利益分配方式出具初步方案，并就合作落地关键达成共识。会议最后，双方确认了后续推进计划与时间节点。
Guangdong Carbon Jusheng Technology Co., Ltd. will become the Foshan Urban Subsidiary of IEC International Environmental Construction. Both sides discussed key cooperation directions, drafted preliminary plans for cooperation mechanisms and profit‑sharing arrangements, and reached consensus on key points for cooperation implementation. At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties confirmed follow‑up promotion plans and timelines.
