2026年6月28日—30日，以“让西南产品走向世界”为主题的2026年度IEC国际环境建设西南地区发展论坛在贵州福泉平越客栈酒店顺利召开。

This forum is hosted by the IEC International Environmental Construction Southwest Branch Center and organized by Guizhou Miaoling Health Care Management Co., Ltd. It brings together senior experts from central enterprises, authoritative guests from domestic and international medical fields, cross-border procurement, and other fields. It aims to open up overseas trade channels for medical care, agricultural specialties, cultural tourism, and residence, and help high-quality industries in the southwest region leverage the global supply chain to explore international markets.

In the medical field, Liu Anzhong and Lei Lingyun, chief physicians of the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, as well as internationally renowned medical experts Tang Taide and Wu Bingjun, gathered to share in-depth insights on grassroots medical assistance, military and civilian health services, and cross-border medical industries. At the opening ceremony on the morning of the 28th, relevant leaders from the city and representatives of industry leaders took the stage to deliver speeches in turn. Following this, a medal-awarding ceremony was held, marking the official establishment of three major product selection centers in Fuquan: the International Supply Chain Exhibition and Sales Center, the United Nations Procurement Operation Product Selection Center, and the International Equipment and Building Materials Operation Product Selection Center, as part of the cooperation layout.

In the afternoon, Vice President Mo Yanling gave a special sharing on the IEC international environmental construction full industry chain service system, providing a comprehensive explanation of product export, cross-border logistics, international certification, and integrated financial supporting services. An exchange dinner was held in the evening to build a bridge for free negotiation and communication between government and enterprises, as well as Chinese and foreign businessmen.

 

 

 

6月29日上午专场聚焦医疗与本地文旅康养产业。刘安重主任详解军人胆石症医疗援助项目，唐泰德、吴秉骏两位医学专家围绕中医文化发表主题演讲；贵州妙灵健康疗养管理有限公司工作人员详细介绍本地康养旅居、研学文旅项目，充分展现福泉生态康养产业独特竞争力。

 

On the morning of June 29th, the special session focused on the medical and local cultural tourism and health care industries. Director Liu Anzhong elaborated on the medical assistance project for military personnel with gallstones, while Tang Taide and Wu Bingjun, two medical experts, delivered keynote speeches centered around traditional Chinese medicine culture. Staff from Guizhou Miaoling Health Care Management Co., Ltd. provided a detailed introduction to local health care residency and research and tourism projects, fully showcasing the unique competitiveness of Fuquan's ecological health care industry.

 

 

下午专场，Wayli集团现场解读美国商超采购标准、入驻渠道、海外分销合作模式，开放名录入围合作洽谈通道，为贵州农特产品、康养设备、建材设备直通北美市场搭建直达桥梁；随后举办农土特产品专场推介会，在市政协副主席、市工商联主席、市总商会会长李毅的组织下，福泉多家农特产品知名优秀企业抵达论坛现场，与曾祥伟经理展开深入交流，李毅主席在发言中说：“万企兴万村，消费兴农”。通过产销对接、电商助农、商超直采、农文旅融合等多元消费帮扶模式，畅通土特产上行通道，集中展示西南特色农产品资源，挖掘跨境农产品贸易潜力。

 

In the afternoon session, Wayli Group provided an on-site interpretation of American supermarket procurement standards, entry channels, and overseas distribution cooperation models. They opened up a designated channel for finalists to discuss cooperation, building a direct bridge for Guizhou's agricultural specialties, health care equipment, and building materials equipment to enter the North American market. Subsequently, a special promotion meeting for agricultural and local specialties was held. Under the organization of Li Yi, Vice Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC, Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and President of the Municipal Chamber of Commerce, several well-known and excellent enterprises of agricultural specialties from Fuquan arrived at the forum site and engaged in in-depth discussions with Manager Zeng Xiangwei. Chairman Li Yi said in his speech, "When thousands of enterprises thrive, thousands of villages prosper; when consumption thrives, agriculture thrives." Through diversified consumption assistance models such as production-sales docking, e-commerce assistance to farmers, direct procurement by supermarkets, and the integration of agricultural tourism and culture, the upward channel for local specialties is unblocked, showcasing the unique agricultural resources of Southwest China and tapping into the potential of cross-border agricultural trade.

This forum is based on the restructuring of global supply chains, deep integration of medical health, health and wellness tourism, characteristic agriculture, cross-border trade, and international infrastructure resources across multiple tracks. It aims to build a long-term interconnected exchange platform for governments, leading enterprises, medical institutions, and industry associations, empowering local economic transformation and upgrading through industrial internationalization, and injecting new momentum into the opening up of the southwest region and the global development of characteristic industries.
