Tapagria 位于香港尖沙咀The ONE 18层的三家餐饮场所之一。业主希望在700平方米的空间内打造两家由米其林星级厨师经营的餐厅和一间酒吧，餐厅和酒吧需要各具特色。这间西班牙风情的热情洋溢的酒吧在夜间11点以后将用作休息室，通过深色木色调的使用营造了温馨感。

 

Tapagria is one of three restaurants located on the 18th floor of the one in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The owner hopes to build two restaurants and a bar operated by Michelin star chefs in a space of 700 square meters. The restaurant and bar need to have their own characteristics. This Spanish style passionate bar will be used as a lounge after 11 p.m., creating a warm feeling through the use of dark wood tones.

 

 

 

 

Zurriola是Tapagria的姐妹餐厅，位于同一楼层，作为精致的就餐场所，这家浪漫的现代西班牙式餐厅优美别致，采用了时尚的饰面和装饰，运用奢华的软织物进一步打造了优雅感。

 

Zurriola is tapagria's sister restaurant, located on the same floor. As an exquisite dining place, this romantic modern Spanish restaurant is beautiful and chic, with fashionable finishes and decorations and luxurious soft fabrics to further create a sense of elegance.

 

 

Kho-Shan，The ONE，HongKong | 57 seats

 

Kho Shan与同一楼层上同属一个业主的Tapagria和Zurriola的特色完全不同，是一家顶级的日式餐厅，餐厅环境品质上乘、幽静祥和，符合地道的日式审美情趣。设计采用了极简手法，综合使用木质饰面，编织物和瓷器艺术品，让宾客在温馨的就餐氛围中体验和欣赏京都美食和艺术。

 

Kho Shan has completely different characteristics from tapagria and zurriola, who belong to the same owner on the same floor. It is a top-level Japanese restaurant with high environmental quality, quiet and peaceful, which is in line with the authentic Japanese aesthetic taste. The design adopts a minimalist approach, with the comprehensive use of wood finishes, woven fabrics and porcelain works of art, so that guests can experience and appreciate Kyoto cuisine and art in a warm dining atmosphere.
